The shipping fee is calculated right at the checkout. 

We offer free shipping on orders above 155 EUR (cart value) in the EU. 

Please be aware that customs duties for deliveries outside the European Union are not included and have to be paid to the courier upon delivery of your product. We cannot control or predict these charges, it is the client's responsibility to pay any additional charges for customs clearance.

We dispatch all orders within 2-5 days (Monday – Friday). Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive a tracking number by e-mail. You can follow your package along its trip to you with the help of the tracking number. 

The couriers will make two attempts at delivery to the address stated and your order will be returned to us after these two attempts. BOO Studio reserves the right to collect or withhold any sum due for compensation of damages which it has undergone because of the impossibility of delivering the goods. In case of not being able to deliver the package, BOO Studio will not be responsible for it. If the package is not returned to our facilities, this will make it impossible to refund the order amount.
